What started as traveling the world became something much bigger.

I’m Auston Holleman.

I’m an American entrepreneur, journalist, and world traveler who decided to stop wondering what life was like outside of the United States and actually go find out.

I’ve traveled throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

But I’m not interested in showing you another beautiful beach and telling you everything abroad is amazing.

I’ve experienced the other side too.

I’ve made bad financial decisions. I’ve trusted the wrong people. I’ve lived in places I eventually realized weren’t right for me. I’ve had my opinions challenged. I’ve watched my priorities change.

And I’ve learned that simply leaving America doesn’t automatically give you a better life.
